I was so pleased with how thorough my home inspection was! Jim was great to work with and patiently answered all of my questions—and I had plenty! He took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped me feel much more confident about the home-buying process. I highly recommend Jim!

We had such a great experience with Shawn doing a pre-drywall inspection for a new build. He discovered a pretty big issue, which was water in the air ducts from the storms, due to a section of the roof that wasn't put on. This was something the builder said they would have missed if it wasn't pointed out, and was a big concern with them having a newborn on the way. We're really grateful for Linkhorn, and are looking forward to working with them on the final inspection.

Very prompt, knowledgeable, thorough team that gave a good look over of a home we were wanting to purchase. They were very friendly making it a pleasant experience. The Raines Group recommended them so we knew we were in good hands with Linkhorn. Thanks to Denny, Bo and Brandon.

We had a fantastic experience with Linkhorn Inspection Group for our new home. The inspector was incredibly professional and thorough. He took the time to walk us through every area he was evaluating, explaining exactly what he was expecting to see versus his actual findings, and patiently answered all of our questions throughout the process. His final report focused squarely on safety, functionality, and material defects rather than cosmetic issues. We were thrilled that there were no major structural concerns found. However, the inspector did an amazing job catching important safety and maintenance details that we would have missed. This inspection gave us the exact practical knowledge and peace of mind we needed for our buying decision. Highly recommend Linkhorn!

We had a fantastic experience with Shane at Linkhorn. We are first time homebuyers and Shane made us feel so reassured that he was not only qualified but confident in giving us a clear and accurate inspection. The inspection was relayed clearly including photos and safety concerns for when we choose to start a family! We will use them again in the future and would recommend Shane for any inspection needs!

Linkhorn was recommended by our realtor to complete a new construction inspection before our builder orientation and closing. Mark did a great job with a thorough inspection and discussing any potential issues of concern with my husband and I. He was efficient and professional, I would definitely recommend Linkhorn.
